November Nature.

nov walk 002

I’m never quite sure whether to class November as Autumn or Winter. This morning when I took our Jake for a walk round the park, frost covered the leaves and grass and nipped at my fingers. The church bells were ringing for Rememberence Sunday and squirrels were foraging for hidden acorns. But by this afternoon when I actually remembered to take my camera out, the sunshine had thawed everything. It was really busy too. Everyone was out and about making the most of the weather which although nice, proved annoying when I was trying to take a picture of a very shy bullfinch. Alas I could not get the shot. So you will have to make do with the obligatory robin. πŸ™‚
