I’m feeling very festive. Three of us had a sublime Christmas Picnic at The Garden Kitchen over the weekend. Scrummy scrumptious Afternoon Tea served on a miniature picnic bench. My wonderful work colleagues clubbed together to get me some vouchers for my birthday and I couldn’t wait to book a table. I actually came here in the summer for my friend Jo’s birthday too ( you can read about it here) so I knew we would be in for a treat. 🙂

The Picnic bench came brimming with goodies including festive canapes ( the mini beef yorkshire pud was delish), mini gingerbread men, mincemeat crumble, chocolate Christmas tree crumble and millionaires shortbread.

The Garden Kitchen is a fantastic place to go for a catch up over a fun and quirky Afternoon Tea .There is also a Christmas Menu avaliable through December. I’m certainly tempted to go again!
