Bonjour Le Tour ~ Muker & Buttertubs.

So ok I might not know my Kittels from my Cavendishes, yet it was still a wonderful experience watching the Tour de France in Yorkshire over the weekend. We camped with friends in the picturesque village of Muker which lies at the foot of the Buttertubs pass. The first stage of the iconic race battled to the top for the coveted King of the Mountains polka dot jersey. By the time we had trudged all the way up there with kids and push chairs, we felt like Kings Of the Mountains ourselves. 🙂 The atmosphere was fantastic! Here are some pictures from our weekend. 🙂2014-07-05 16.04.40
