June ~ Photo An Hour.

Every so often I remember to join in with #photoanhour on Instagram, and yesterday was one of those days. The concept is simple. Just take one photo of whatever your doing every hour and join in with the hashtag #photoanhour. Either Janey or Louisa chooses the date each month.

8am. Wake up to a damp day. So crumpets are a yummy breakfast treat.
9am. Out and about with this guy. πŸ™‚
10am. Looking round the market in my hometown of Clitheroe.
11am. A few jobs done so shelter from the rain in Escape Coffee Bar. I love the fresh mint tea here ( healthy) and the choolate dipped granola bars. Not so healthy!
12 Noon. Chillin at home with the pets. 🐢🐱
1pm. Catching up on some telly. Hidden is a welsh detective drama and is pretty good. Reminds me a little of Hinterland..
2pm. And still relaxing….πŸ˜„
3pm. Out with Hugo again. We had planned to walk along the river to a neighbouring village. But it began bucketing down so we stuck to Brungerly park instead.
4pm. Had a shower to get warm after a soaking in the rain.
5pm. Filling in my Nature Diary. I am recording what wildlife I see on my walks every day. I have got quite addicted to it. πŸ¦‹πŸŒΉ
6pm. The Big Bang Theory is on TV as usual. πŸ™‚
7pm. Heres a Manchester Tart I bought on the market earlier. 😁
10pm. Totally missed the past couple of hours photos. We were watching a film. I then had the choice of starting one of these 3 books. Which one do you think I picked?

Thanks for dropping by. X

  1. I keep^meaning to join in with A Photo an Hour but always forget!! I’ve recdently started following Felix the Floofy Station Cat on FB Is the book any good?

    1. Haha. The Big Bang Theory is always on here. He’s probably thinking ‘Oh No, Not Again’. Appearances are deceptive regarding the walk. πŸ˜‰ x

  2. Love the idea of a photo an hour – though slightly concerned my readers would think I live a boring life mostly! Love that you even photographed the tv break (we all sneak a daytime tv break sometimes!) and cake, twice! Yum!

      1. I’ve heard of “tea and crumpets” but we don’t eat them here in the States. I wasn’t actually even sure what they were until I read your post!

  3. Don’t know how you remember to record each hour, as I’m sure I’d forget and my would be ever so boring. I enjoy seeing what daily life is like on the other side of the world in the opposite season to what we are experiencing now. It is 0.8 deg C here at nearly 8am as I’v been eating my porridge, toast & a good strong cup of tea, ready to start the day. I don’t do either Facebook Or Instagram, so wouldn’t be able to join in, even though I like the concept of knowing what I;ve done with my time for the day. Have a great week & take care.

  4. I’m another one who thought you’d chosen the cat book πŸ™‚ That would have been my choice above anything else, anything to do with animals and I’m hooked. We went for a meal at a local pub yesterday, while we were waiting I started reading a book from off the restaurant shelf – The Bomber Dog – and I was up to page 129 before the meal came. It was such a good story that I brought the book home with me – we eat there quite regularly so I’ll take it back next time πŸ™‚

    1. Sounds like a good read! My local pub has a book swap shelf, so I usually have a nosy to see if there is anything interesting. 😁

    1. No , not at all. Its not actually my idea. I joined in with some other bloggers who do photo an hour on certain dates every month. X
